When is Present Simple used?
- To express regular actions, habits, or routines:
- I go to school every day.
- She drinks coffee in the morning.
- To state general truths and facts:
- The Earth orbits the Sun.
- Water boils at 100 degrees Celsius.
- For schedules, timetables, and programs:
- The train leaves at 8 a.m.
- The shop opens at 9 a.m.
- For instructions, recipes, and sports commentaries:
- You mix the flour and sugar first.

Present Simple Structure
1. Affirmative Sentences:
- I/You/We/They + base verb (go, like, play)
- He/She/It + base verb + -s/-es (goes, likes, plays)
Examples:
- I work in an office.
- She works in a hospital.
2. Negative Sentences:
- I/You/We/They do not (don’t) + base verb
- He/She/It does not (doesn’t) + base verb
Examples:
- I don’t like winter.

3. Interrogative Sentences:

Examples:
